Frequently Asked Questions
About NoContact
What is NoContact? NoContact is a personal-development tool designed to help you stick with a no-contact period after a breakup. It lets you track the days elapsed, log your daily mood, and get personalized conversational coaching from our AI Arya.
How can NoContact help me? The application combines several practical tools to help you:
- Maintain no-contact discipline
- Step back and observe your daily mood
- Turn this period into personal growth
- Find motivational resources in moments of weakness
Does NoContact replace professional support? No. NoContact is a motivation and personal-goal-tracking tool, not a care service. If you are going through a particularly difficult time, we encourage you to consult a qualified professional.
Main Features
How does the day counter work? The counter starts as soon as you set up your no-contact period (Pledge). It displays the days, hours, minutes, and seconds elapsed. It only resets if you voluntarily indicate that you made contact using the "Reset Counter" function.
How can I track my mood? Every day, you can log your current state:
- Select your dominant mood
- Add secondary moods for nuance
- Rate your confidence in maintaining no-contact
- Freely express what you're feeling in the provided space
How does AI assistance work? Arya, your conversational motivation companion, is available 24/7 to:
- Let you put words on what you're going through
- Help you step back from a situation
- Remind you of your personal reasons for staying no-contact
- Slow down the impulse when the urge to reach back out to your ex kicks in
Arya is an automated assistant based on AI models. Its responses are generated on the fly and are in no way a substitute for professional advice.

- Restart your device
- Reinstall the application if necessary
I lost my data Your Arya chat history, memories, personal reminders, and messages in “Talk to your ex” are stored locally and are not synchronized with your account. We cannot restore them from our servers if that local data is lost. Your mood journal, no-contact rules, and start date are synchronized with your account.
Delete your NoContact AI account
You can delete your account in the app: Settings > My Account > Delete Account.
No longer have access to the app? You can request deletion by email without reinstalling it. Use the link below or write to contactappsgc@gmail.com with the subject “NoContact AI — Account deletion request”.
Request account deletion by email
If available, include your User ID. In the app, open Settings > About > Support markers, then tap the copy icon next to User ID. This is different from the Payment ID.
If you no longer have access to the app or cannot find your User ID, say so in your email. We may ask for additional information to locate your account and verify that it belongs to you. A User ID alone is not proof of ownership. Never send your password or a sign-in code.
Requests are handled manually by support. We will confirm by email when your request has been processed.
Data concerned: deletion removes your account and its associated data from our database, including your profile, onboarding answers, mood entries and analyses. Content stored only on your device, such as chat history and memories, remains on that device. For information about data held by service providers and retention, see our privacy policy.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You can manage or cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.
